If you’re looking for local, sustainable and organically produced seasonal flowers for your wedding or special event, Seven Stems Flowers has you covered! Cultivated on an acre of lush soil, we offer seasonal blooms that are perfect for weddings and events from March to October (Sometimes even November!). We offer three different options for Chester County Brides, Grooms and Event Hosts who are looking not only to enhance the beauty of their wedding or event day, but who want to highlight the beautiful surroundings of our little corner of Pennsylvania.

OPTION 1: DIY BULK BUCKETS
Perfect for the creative types and Pinterest gurus whose boards are filled with so many beautiful ideas. Our bulk buckets are overflowing with what is growing at the moment. We’ll cut your blooms on the day of pick up so you can hit the ground running in the decor department.
You’ll receive 40-50 stems of premium cut flowers and foliage per bucket (2 bucket minimum) perfect for centerpieces, bud vases and anything else your flower heart desires.
**Design consultations are available as a separate line item with bulk buckets should you request

Absolutely love creating and want to put their own special touches on their event.
Don’t require much customization and are focused on local and seasonal
Have a very specific vision and want to integrate their own vases, vessels and vintage goodies from the heart.
Want to try their hand at designing themselves.
Are very organized and have ample time to get their designs done.
PERFECT FOR OUR CLIENTS WHO:
Aren’t looking for large installments (flower walls we’re talking to you).
Want predesigned centerpieces, statement pieces and other goodies that are ready to be put in their space.
Who want to focus their efforts on other details but leave the designing up to the professionals.
Whose idea of DIY means filling out a questionnaire and telling us what you want. (easy peasy!)
OPTION 2: EVENT DESIGN - A LA CARTE
Our A La Carte Flower Menu is the right fit for hosts looking to spruce up their space. Depending on your vision and kind of event, we’ll design and create beautiful lush garden centerpieces, bud vase clusters and large focal pieces delivered to your door. This is the ideal option for farmhouse weddings, baby and bridal showers, graduation parties and anniversary events where you don’t have the time or interest to arrange flowers, look for vases and determine design elements.

Want to build a relationship at least 8 months in advance with us.
Who are looking to share their story, day and vision with our design team to that we can bring your event space to life.
Who understand the core values of Seven Stems Flowers and are willing to come on this (sometimes unexpected) flower journey with us and Mother Nature.
Who have very specific wants and needs and want to have approval over everything from candle stick color to vase material.
OPTION 3: EVENT DESIGN- FULL SERVICE
Full service event design is just what it sounds like- Full Service. This means that you will book a consultation with our head designer and let us know what you are looking for. We’ll discuss color schemes, vessel options, space overview and most importantly "the big picture”. In our full service event design our team will install your space on the day of the event. From Floral Arches, to petaled pathways, bridal bouquets and boutonnieres, our Full Service Option is for the soup to nuts brides and hosts.
A FEW NOTES ABOUT DIY BULK BUCKETS
DIY BUCKETS include the flowers that are blooming in our fields at the moment. Unique stems of focal flowers, foliage, filler and stand out show stoppers will fill your order. DIY Buckets are subject to what is in season and availability which means colors and specific flowers are limited. Specific color schemes can be requested and we will try our best to pull the blooms in you’re requested rainbow. Additional charges may apply for custom color palettes. Need more blooms, purchase multiple buckets depending on your event.
Orders must be placed no less than 4 weeks ahead of events and are subject to availability (these are only available April-October in our prime growing season)
Specific flowers can always be requested but never guaranteed.

Vases and vessels are not included in pricing for Buckets.
Design consultation is not included in the purchase of bulk buckets. All customers are assumed to understand how to care for and design with the flowers provided. We are happy to book a private design consultation in addition to your bulk bucket purchase for an additional fee.

A LA CARTE EVENT DESIGN incorporates the freshest flowers in our fields at the moment. We have a variety of options to choose from: bud vase clusters, garden centerpieces, large focal welcome centerpieces. You know your space and choose appropriately. We will email you our a la carte menu to select from.
Orders must be placed no less than 8 weeks ahead of events and are subject to availability
Specific flowers can always be requested but never guaranteed.
Specific color palettes can always be requested, but are never guaranteed.
Vases and vessels are included in pricing
Our a la carte menu allows you to design your space within your budget. A la carte pricing does not include site visits or consultations. 1 x15 minute phone call is included in pricing to determine the event style.
Minimum for a al carte pricing is $400*
A FEW NOTES ABOUT EVENT DESIGN-FULL SERVICE
FULL SERVICE EVENT DESIGN is a journey we will take together. We will use the most beautiful flowers and foliage right out of our fields and source locally for any missing pieces or extra special requests that we don’t have growing. This isn’t just for weddings. If you are looking for a large event fund raiser or to enhance any party space and require the expertise and vision of our design team, our full service option is the right choice.
Orders must be placed no less than 6 months ahead of events (8 months) and are subject to availability
Specific flowers can always be requested
Specific color palettes can always be requested
Initial meeting consultation with mood board and options will be discussed
Vases and vessels are included in pricing
1 x 1 in person initial consultation is included in pricing, 1 x 1 site visit with travel is included in pricing
Day of delivery and on site installation
